The BusinessPhone Call Centre solution is a call center for the small to medium-sized enterprise that wants to improve the customer service. The BusinessPhone Call Centre can be built up in several steps depending on immediate and future needs. The BusinessPhone Call Centre can easily be expanded both in terms of number of agents and in terms of functionality.

The base is the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) that comes with the BusinessPhone core system. This enables the calls to be directed to the
most appropriate call handling group - accounts department, sales order team, warehouse - giving callers a better perception of your efficiency,
and making the communication process more effective.
