One of Ericom’s most valued clients, The Fair Work Ombudsman have been announced as a global finalist in The Genesys Customer Innovation awards. The awards recognise businesses for their customer experience excellence, transformation, innovation and impact. The Fair Work Ombudsman are recognised in the CX visionary category for their decision to move from an on-premise network to a cloud-based system.
Ericom, in partnership with Genesys and Telstra were contracted by the The Fair Work Ombudsman to roll out the PureCloud system and we are pleased to hear that our work has been recognised. We wish The Fair Work Ombudsman all the best and hope that they bring home the award.
